These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Workflow Assistant browser extension, web application, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
• Do not misuse our Services or attempt unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any keys or credentials used.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are handled via third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.), subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly/yearly; you may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

3. AI Content & Limitations

• Service uses third-party AI (OpenAI) to generate content.
• Results may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate responses.
• You are responsible for using AI outputs responsibly.

4. Intellectual Property

• Service code and design are property of AI Workflow Assistant.
• Do not copy or reverse-engineer except as permitted by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Provided “as is” without warranty.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Workflow Assistant from any claims or damages arising from your use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes resolved by local courts.
